对比稻田和池塘养殖泥鳅肠道组织结构、微生物菌群特征、免疫酶活以及肌肉氨基酸组成的差异

摘要
一个平衡的肠道微生物系统对于动物的生长和健康极其重要。本实验调查了稻田和池塘养殖泥鳅在夏季和秋季的肠道组织结构、微生物菌群特征、免疫酶活以及肌肉中氨基酸组成。实验结果显示:肠道的周长、皱襞高度、皱襞根数以及总吸收面积自前肠到后肠逐渐减少,并且前肠显著大于中后肠(P<0.01);泥鳅肠道中的优势菌群属于变形菌门、厚壁菌门、放线菌门和梭杆菌门;稻田养殖泥鳅的ACP(中肠),AKP(中后肠),SOD(前肠)和LZM(中肠)含量极显著高于池塘养殖泥鳅相同部位的含量(P<0.01);稻田与池塘养殖泥鳅的风味氨基酸含量分别为6.89g/100g和7.35g/100g。该研究表明稻田养殖泥鳅具有更高的免疫酶活,生长状况相对更好。
A balanced intestinal microbial ecosystem is crucial for the growth and health of animals. Here, we investigated the intestinal morphology, microbiota characterization, immune enzyme activities and amino acid composition of loach from paddy field and pond in summer and fall. The experimental results show that the perimeter, folds height, folds radical and total absorption of the gut were gradually decreased from foregut to hindgut, and the indicators in foregut were significant higher than that of in midgut and hindgut(P<0.01). The predominance microorganism were Proteobacteria, Firmicutes, Actinobacteria and Fusobacteria. Compared with cultivation in pond, the activities of ACP(in midgut), AKP(in midgut and hindgut), SOD(in foregut) and LZM(in midgut) were extremely significant higher in paddy cultivation mode(P<0.01). In addition, the delicious amino acids(DAA) were 6.89 g/100 g fresh muscle and 7.35g/100 g fresh muscle for the samples from paddy and pond, respectively. Our results indicated the loach could growth better in paddy field, just like in pond, even more there were high immune enzyme activities in gut of loach from paddy field.
