性能检测的代价模型及其分析

摘要
对机载设备的性能检测是重要的维修保障手段。为研究对机载设备性能检测的最佳策略和判决准则,建立了性能检测的代价模型,分析该模型在单边指标和双边指标的要求下,不同检测精度和判决标准的代价。仿真计算表明,机载设备性能指标设计与单边或双边的指标要求有关;性能检测误差的影响随设备质量而变化;检测设备的精度存在一个最优值;可通过合理设置判决门限来降低检测精度带来的影响。该代价模型实用性好,对机载设备的维修保障策略有较强的指导意义,并适用于其他各种设备的性能检测分析。
Performance test of airborne equipment is a very important maintenance support means.The precision of performance test as well as judge method is an important factor that can influence the test of performance,but performance test is not the calibration of airborne equipment's test.A cost model is established,comparing the cost of different test precision and judge method on unilateral index or bilateral index requirement.Simulation shows that test precision exists a reasonable range instead of thinking that the higher the precision the better,and we can decrease the impact of test precision by setting a reasonable judge threshold on the require of unilateral index.
