摘要
针对某发动机链驱动系统的啸叫噪声问题,采用试验的方法,首先排查出机油泵驱动系统是啸叫的主因,后将机油泵驱动链轮、机油泵链轮的齿数调整为25齿测试发现啸叫噪声大幅改善,再调整机油泵链条张紧器的张力,啸叫噪声得到解决。
For an engine bush chain drive system whining noise problems,using test method,The first investigation of the engine oil pump drive system is the main reason,after the oil pump drive sprocket and the oil pump sprocket modified to 25 teeth,to tested and found whining noise has been greatly improved,then adjust the oil pump chain drive system tension,whining noise is solved.
