敖南区块敏感性油藏欠注井化学解堵配方体系研究

摘要
大庆油田敖南区块属敏感性油藏,常规酸化解堵措施对该区块欠注井治理初期效果较好,但存在注水压力上升速度快、措施有效期短等问题。为此,开展了敖南区块敏感性油藏欠注井化学解堵配方体系研究。利用页岩膨胀测试仪、TEX-500型旋转滴界面张力仪等设备进行室内岩心驱替实验,对敖南区块储层的敏感性和注入水的矿化度进行分析,优选出适用于该区块的化学解堵配方体系,实现抑制黏土膨胀运移,降低注水压力的目的。现场试验2口井,累计增注量达7669m~3,平均有效期为205天,取得较好效果,为实现该区块的有效开发提供了技术手段。
Aonan Block of Daqing Oilfield belongs to sensitive reservoir, in which the conventional acidizing plugging removal treatment can obtain good results at initial stage for under-injection wells. However, some problems, such as rising speed of water injection pressure and short validity of treatment, etc. are also existed.Therefore, the research on the formulation system of chemical plugging removal in under-injection wells of sensitive reservoir in Aonan Block has been conducted. By using the shale expansion tester, TEX-500 rotating drop interface tension tester, the laboratory core displacement test was carried out, and the sensitivity of reservoir and the salinity of injected water were analyzed to optimize the suitable formulation system of chemical plugging removal in this area, to control the clay swelling and migration as well as to lower the water injection pressure. It has been applied in two wells. The cumulative injection volume is up to 7669m~3, and the average validity is 205 days with favorable results, which can provide a technical means for the effective development of the block.
