摘要

目的:分析消毒供应中心对手术室器械实施集中管理的体会。方法:将传统手术室器械在手术室进行清洗包装后送到消毒供应科灭菌的工作模式转变为消毒供应中心对手术室器械实施集中管理的集中供应管理方式,完善工作的程序,制定相关的质量标准,规范消毒供应中心的工作流程,提高管理的质量。结果:集中供应管理模式确保了物品回收、发放的及时性,保证了清洗、包装以及灭菌的质量,有效的降低了医院的运行成本,为临床工作的顺利实施提供了有利的保障。结论:在对手术室器械进行管理的过程中消毒供应中心集中管理方式的运用保证了手术室器械清洗、包装以及灭菌的质量,规范了工作的流程,降低了医院感染风险出现的概率,具有较好的管理效果,值得予以临床推广以及运用。
Objective to analyze the disinfection supply center experience of the implementation of centralized management of operating room devices.Methods:traditional operating apparatus in the operating room to clean after package sent to the purchasing department sterilization disinfection work patterns into a sterilization supply center for operating room equipment to implement centralized management mode of centralized supply management,perfect the procedure of work,formulate the relevant quality standards,the working process of the standard disinfection supply center,improve the quality of management Result:set supply management mode to ensure that the items returned,the issue of timeliness,ensure the quality of the cleaning,packaging,and sterilization,effectively reduce the hospital cost and provides a favorable clinical work the smooth implementation of the guarantee.Conclusion:in the process of management of operating room equipment disinfection supply center centralized management mode to ensure the application of the quality of the operating room equipment cleaning,packaging,and sterilization,standardize the work flow,reduce the probability of the hospital infection risk appears,has good managem
