弱光胁迫对紫背冷水花叶绿素荧光特性的影响

摘要
为研究紫背冷水花(Pilea purpurella)对弱光胁迫的适应性,采用SPAD-502便携式叶绿素仪和Li-6400便携式光合测定仪对其在弱光胁迫下的叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光参数等各项指标进行了测定。结果表明:紫背冷水花耐荫性较好,在20~100μmol~(-2)·s~(-1)的弱光条件下仍然能够正常生长。在弱光胁迫下,相对叶绿素含量先降后升,且有一定的反复波动。10~100μmol~(-2)·s~(-1)的弱光胁迫对其Fv/Fm值没有太大影响,但100μmol~(-2)·s~(-1)的弱光胁迫能显著降低光合能量的传递速率,20μmol~(-2)·s~(-1)以下的弱光胁迫显著影响光化学淬灭参数。过低的弱光胁迫严重影响紫背冷水花的各种光合生理,2μmol~(-2)·s~(-1)以下的弱光严重抑制紫背冷水花生长并导致死亡。
To study the adaptability Pilea purpurella under weak light stress,the Chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were detected by SPAD-502 and Li-6400.The results showed that P.purpurella had good shade tolerance,and can grow normally under 20- 100μmol~(-2)·s~(-1) weak light condition.Under the weak light stress,the Chlorophyll content was decreased firstly than increased.The Fv/Fm value was not effected by 10- 100μmol~(-2)·s~(-1) weak light condition,but under 100μmol~(-2)·s~(-1) light condition,the photosynthetic energy transfer rate was decreased.Photochemical quenching parameters was significantly affected below 20μmol~(-2)·s~(-1) light condition.Weak light stress seriously affected the Chlorophyll Fluorescence Characteristics of P.purpurella.Under > 2μmol~(-2)·s~(-1)light condition,the growth of P.purpurella was inhibited,and P.purpurella dead finaly.
