壁面接触角对降膜流动的影响

摘要
本文对二维单管降膜的纯流动进行数值模拟,研究了壁面接触角对液膜环向厚度分布的影响,并得出结论:随着壁面液固接触角的增大,管壁液膜湿润度越来越小;随着液固接触角的增大,首次湿润管底的时间越长;随着液固接触角的增大,整个区域内的最大压降大致呈线性关系;当接触角低于90,接触角的大小对环向液膜厚度的影响可忽略不计。
Falling film flow without heating on single tube was investigated with numerical simulation in thispaper.The law of drop liquid film forming and the friendship between contact angle of liquid solid wall and thickness distribution were found.In summing up it may be stated that:(1) with the increase of the contact angle of liquid solid wall,the wetted area is more and more small.(2) The bigger contact angle will delays time of first arriving at tube bottom.(3) The increament of liquid-solid contact angle makes the maximum pressure drop increases.(4) the change of contact angle will not affect the distribution of liquid film,when the contact angle is less than 90.When the contact angle is 90,the effect of thickness of liquid film is negligible contact angle.
