汽油机冷却系统流固耦合传热性能分析

摘要
本文以某款汽油发动机为研究对象,采用CFD数值模拟仿真技术对缸体、缸盖和冷却水套进行了流固耦合模拟分析,对缸套与缸盖的温度分布、冷却液流速、压力、传热系数进行了分析,提出优化方案并进行了验证。其研究对发动机冷却系统的优化设计具有一定的参考价值。
In this paper,taking a gasoline engine as the research object,with the CFD numerical simulation technology,liquidsolid coupling simulation and analysis were discussed on the cylinder block,cylinder head and cooling water jacket.It were achieved that the temperature of the cylinder liner and cylinder head as well as cooling fluid flow rate,pressure,heat transfer coefficient and temperature distribution.Put forward and verified a reasonable optimization scheme of cooling system.The structure of the cooling system of engine,special in the cylinder cover,was optimized and the cooling function was improved effectively.
