社会价值取向影响互动意图理解的ERP证据

摘要
社会价值取向(Social value orientation,SVO)作为一种较稳定的人格特征,如何影响大脑理解友好和敌对意图的动态时间进程尚不清楚。本研究采用事件相关电位技术(Event related potentials,ERPs)和测量社会价值取向的滑块测验(The slider measure),记录了16名亲社会者(Prosocial)和18名亲自我者(Proself)理解三类不同性质的互动意图(友好意图、敌对意图和无互动意图)时的脑电活动。ERP结果发现持不同社会价值取向的个体大脑在理解友好意图和敌对意图时大约300 ms出现动态时空分离。亲社会者的大脑理解敌对意图时的P300成分比友好意图显著更正,且对亲社会者在两种意图条件下的P300成分的脑溯源分析结果显示在大脑中央前回的激活存在显著差异。亲自我者的大脑理解敌对意图的P300成分比友好意图也显著更正,但对亲自我者在两种意图条件下的P300成分的脑溯源分析结果却未发现在大脑脑岛的激活存在显著差异。亲社会者比亲自我者在理解友好意图和敌对意图时可能更加敏感,具有较高的意图解读能力。本研究首次为持不同社会价值取向的个体大脑理解不同性质的互动意图动态时空分离提供了电生理学证据。
The social value orientation(SVO), as a stable personality character of individuals, the mechanism underlying its influence on the kind and hostile intention understanding remains unclear. We utilized the slider measure of SVO to recruit 16 prosocial subjects and 18 proself ones to participate the experiment. The event related potentials(ERPs) of them were recorded when they performed three types of interactive intentions(kind intention, hostile intention and non-interactive intention) understanding. The electrical physiological results revealed that compared with the kind intention understanding, the prosocial-orientation and proself-orientation subjects both elicited larger P300 amplitudes of hostile intention. However, the s LORETA analyses of the P300 component underlying kind and hostile intention understanding for prosocial-orientation subjects show the significant differences of activities in the precentral gyrus of frontal lobes, while no significant differences of the activities were found in the insula for the proself-orientation subjects. The prosocial individuals might be more sensitive than proself ones to discriminate kind from hostile intentions. The current study provided the preliminary electrical physiological evidences supporting the spatio-temporal dissociation of kind versus hostile intention understanding mediating by SVO.
