摘要
目的:评估子痫合并低蛋白血症使用白蛋白时血清白蛋白的浓度指标。方法:通过回顾性分析,选取我院产科病房住院的80例子痫前期合并低蛋白血症的孕妇,记录基础血浆白蛋白浓度,将所有患者按病例号编号,分为两组:A组:(ALB 26-30g/l)及B组:(ALB 15-25g/l)。A组和B组各分为两个亚组:试验组和空白组,分别记录孕妇和新生儿相关检测指标,试验组输入20%白蛋白10g,对照组不输入白蛋白。结果:A组组内亚组试验组和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组组内亚组试验组和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子痫合并低蛋白血症患者使用白蛋白时,可以以血清白蛋白浓度<25g/l为参考指标,同时应考虑患者是否合并Ⅳ度水肿、腹水、胸腔积液等主诉症状;或者伴有胎儿生长受限。
Objective:To evaluate of serum albumin concentration using for preeclampsia patients with hypoalbuminemia.Methods:80 severe preeclampsia with hypoalbuminemia patients were selected,recording based plasma albumin concentrations.All patients were divided into two groups according to the number of cases:A:A group:(ALB 26-30g/l) and B group:(ALB 15-25g/l).Group A and group B were divided into two subgroups:the experimental group and the blank group.Pregnant women and neonatal related indicators were recorded respectively.Test group entered 20%albumin lOg,control group did not enter albumin.Results:Group A sub group test group and control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Group B sub group test group and control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The using of Human Albumin in the preeclampsia patients with hypoalbuminemia,Serum albumin concentration can be <25g/l as a reference index.At the same time should be considered in patients with IV degree of edema,ascites,pleural effusion and other symptoms;or with FGR.
