丙烯酸酯改性蓖麻油基水性聚氨酯乳液的制备和性能研究

摘要
以改性蓖麻油(MCO)、聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、己二异氰酸酯和二羟甲基丙酸等为原料合成水性聚氨酯种子乳液,通过MCO的双键活性位而实现丙烯酸酯单体的种子乳液聚合,得到聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯(PUA)乳液。通过FTIr分析、激光粒度仪、旋转黏度计研究了丙烯酸酯单体(AC)含量及配比、助剂用量对PUA乳液性能的影响。通过电子拉力试验机、耐水试验和动态力学分析仪研究了不同AC含量PUA膜的物理机械性能、耐水性能和动态力学性能。结果表明,通过种子乳液共聚,PUA均显示一个玻璃化温度,说明PA与PU具有较好的相容性;当MCO/PCDL摩尔比值为1.2,甲基丙烯酸正丁酯/甲基丙烯酸甲酯摩尔比值为0.9,乳化剂SDS质量分数为2.0%,引发剂AIBN质量分数为0.2%时所合成的PUA乳液稳定性最好,且具有适中的黏度和较好的粒径分布;随着丙烯酸酯含量的提高,PUA胶膜耐水性提高,胶膜硬度和弹性模量逐渐提高,拉伸强度和伸长率均在丙烯酸酯质量分数为10%时出现最大值。
A series waterborne polyurethane(WPU) emulsions based on modified castor oil(MCO),polycarbonate diols(PCDL),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) and dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA)as the raw material were synthesized.The polyurethane-acrylate(PUA) emulsion were synthesized with WPU acted as seed emulsion by double bond activity of MCO and carried out seed emulsion polymerization of acry late monomers(AC).The effect of AC content and ratio and the amount of additives on the properties of PUA emulsion were studied by FTIR analysis,laser particle size analyzer and rotary viscosity meter.The physical and mechanical properties,water resistance and dynamic mechanical properties of PUA films with different AC content were studied by electronic tensile testing machine,water resistance test and dynamic mechanical analyzer.The results showed that PUA had only a glass transition temperature by seed emulsion copolymerization,which indicated that PA and PU had good compatibility.When the MCO/PCDL molar ratio was 1.2,n-butyl methacrylate / methyl methacrylate molar ratio was 0.9,emulsifier(SDS) mass fraction was 2.0%,initiator AIBN concentration was 0.2%,PUA emulsion had the best stability,moderate viscosity and good particle size distribution.With increase of amount of acrylate,the water resistance of PUA films were improved,the hardness and elastic modulus of PUA films increased gradually,the tensile strength and elongation appeared maximum when acrylate mass fraction was 10%.
