LC-MS-MS法测定动物组织中苯乙醇胺A残留的方法研究

摘要
建立了LC-MS-MS法测定动物组织中苯乙醇胺A残留的方法。采用了高效液相色谱-串联质谱法,流动相为乙腈-0.2%甲酸水溶液(65:35),流速为0.3ml/min,柱温为30℃,离子源为ESI+。苯乙醇胺A在2.0~100.0ng/mL的范围内呈现良好的线性,r为0.9996。方法的检测限为0.2μg/kg,定量限为0.5μg/kg。苯乙醇胺A在0.2μg/kg~10μg/kg的添加范围内平均回收率为75.2%~108.2%,批内、批间RSD均小于20%。本方法简便快捷、灵敏度高、定性准确,能满足动物性食品安全检测有关法规的要求。
LC-MS-MS method was established for the determination of phenylethanolamine A residue in animal tissue.Using high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2%formic acid(65:35),the flow rate was 0.3ml/min,column temperature was 30℃,ion source was ESI+.Phenylethanolamine A showed a good linear in the range of2~100.0ng/mL,r was 0.9996.The limit of detection is 0.2μg/kg,the limit of quantitation was 0.5μg/kg.At 0.2μg/kg to 10μg/kg add context,the average recovery rate of phenylethanolamine A was 75.2%to 108.2%,the RSD of batch and between group were less than 20%.This method is simple,rapid,high sensitivity,accurate,and can meet the animal food safety detection of relevant regulations.
