基于整车NEDC循环工况的发动机能量流分布特性

摘要
本文基于整车转毂试验平台,对NEDC循环工况下的发动机能量流分布进行了试验研究,对比了冷机与热机状态的发动机能量流分布差异。结果表明,冷机状态在NEDC循环工况中发动机有效指示功较热机状态更低,排气能量和辐射损失占比较大。该差异主要发生在NEDC开始0~116s阶段,该阶段冷机有效指示功比仅为16.6%,且阶段油耗总量为热机的2.8倍;而在116~800s阶段,冷机有效指示功比例上升至30%左右,与热机差异减小,油耗总量下降为热机的1.26倍;当超过800s后,冷机与热机的油耗总量基本相等,两种状态下发动机工作特性基本相同,且有效指示功比例能够维持在30%以上。
Based on a vehicle drum test bench,the energy flow of the gasoline engine is investigated under the conditions of NEDC cycle.By comparison,the differences of energy flow between cold engine and warmed up engine is analyzed.In cold engine,the indicated effective power is lower,and the exhaust energy and radiation loss are higher,as operated in NEDC cycle.This difference occurs mainly in the period of 0- 116 s at begin of NEDC.In this period,the indicated effective power of cold engine takes only 16.6% of total fuel energy which is 2.8 times as the total fuel energy of warmed up engine.In the period 116 ~ 800 s,the fraction of effective power increases to around 30%,and the total fuel consumption is reduced to 1.26 times as that of warmed up engine.After 800 s,the energy flow of both cold engine and warmed up engine becomes similar with 30% effective power.
