汽车涂装面临的挑战及其技术发展动态

摘要
汽车相关环保法规给汽车涂装带来诸多挑战,促使材料、工艺、设备等方面的技术创新,一批环保节能高效的新技术正在得到普及应用。水性涂料、紧凑工艺、全自动喷涂、干式漆零过滤和热能回收等作为新一代标志性技术,已经成为汽车涂装技术发展的主流,得到快速推广应用。
The environmental regulations challenges to the automobile painting,the technology innovation is promoted for material, process,equipment etc,a number of new technologies are widely used.Waterborne paints,Compact processes,Automatic application, Dryscrubber and Heat recovery,as a new generation of symbolic techniques,have become the mainstream of the development of automobile painting technology,rapid popularization and application.
