某车型发动机右悬置螺栓失效问题分析

摘要
螺纹联接的可靠性要求设计合理可靠,且要保证联接质量。本文针对某车型发动机右悬置螺栓断裂问题,研究了摩擦系数、装配工具和精度等对轴向紧力的影响,并分析了右悬置螺栓失效原因。结果表明,螺栓因轴向预紧力不足,工作过程中承受异常的弯曲载荷,最终导致疲劳断裂。
The requirement of the reliability of threaded joint is thereasonable and reliable design,to ensure the quality of the joint.For the failure of an automobile engine right mount bolt,the influences of the friction coefficient,assembly tools and accuracy on the axial preload had been studied,together with the analysis of the reasons for the bolt failure.The results showed that,due to lacking of the axial preload,the bolt was suffered abnormal bending load during the working process,leading to the eventual fatigue fracture.
