中国女性对于化妆品成分的皮肤敏感性研究

中国是当今世界上新兴的最大的化妆品市场,过去的几年已显出持续的增长趋势。中国有着多样化的气候地区,所以针对不同环境中的中国女性对于化妆品成分的皮肤敏感性研究是非常必要的。本研究旨在研究中国6个不同地区(北京,沈阳,成都,武汉,上海,广州)的中国女性对于化妆品成分的皮肤敏感性和耐受性,以便针对中国女性开发安全的产品。共653名年龄在20至35岁的中国健康女性参与了本研究;其中广州109名,上海110名,武汉111名,成都107名,北京106名,沈阳110名。用于防腐剂、抗老化、美白和防晒的20种成分进行了封闭型斑贴实验。自测问卷全部由注册的受试者完成。封闭型斑贴试验结果显示,北京、沈阳和成都的受试者与其他地区的受试者相比对某些成分(防腐剂、抗衰老成分)更敏感。广州和上海的受试者皮肤刺激性评分与自述敏感性反应和化妆品不良反应均保持较低的水平。我们的研究结果表明皮肤的敏感性和化妆品耐受性受到气候不同的影响。我们建议在为中国地区研发化妆品时,应考虑不同地区不同气候下的皮肤敏感性差异。
China today is the largest emerging cosmetics market in the world.It has registered sustained growth for the past few years.China has diverse climate differences in region,so we need to identify the skin sensitivity of cosmetic ingredients with different environment in Chinese women.This study was designed to investigate the skin sensitivity and acceptability of cosmetic ingredients in Chinese women from 6 different regions(Beijing,Shenyang,Chengdu,Wuhan,Shanghai,Guangzhou) for developing safe products in Chinese women.Total of 653 healthy Chinese women aged between 20 and 35 years participated in this study:109from Guangzhou,110 from Shanghai,111 from Wuhan,107 from Chengdu,106 from Beijing,and 110 from Shenyang.Patch test was performed with 20 cosmetic ingredients with preservative,anti-aging,whitening,and sunscreen effects.The self-assessment questionnaire was completed by all registered participants.The patch test results showed that the subjects in Beijing,Shenyang and Chengdu were more sensitive to some ingredients(preservatives,anti-aging ingredients) compared to other areas.In Guangzhou and Shanghai,skin irritation score was low in consistence with self-sensitive response and cosmetic adverse rates.UV irritation rates were quite high in Wuhan,Beijing and Shenyang.However,there were no differences in self-diagnosed skin allergy rate.Our observations indicate that skin sensitivity and cosmetic acceptability were influenced by climate differences.We recommend that these differences of skin sensitivity should be considered for developing cosmetic products in China.
