摘要

植物新品种特异性、一致性和稳定性测试(DUS测试)是新品种保护的基础和依据,为适应我国山楂的发展以及与国际接轨的需要,进而研制了山楂属植物新品种DUS测试指南。本文概述了山楂新品种DUS测试指南的编制方法、测试方法;说明了测试性状的选择,质量性状、数量性状和假质量性状的分级标准和级别界定,以及特异性、一致性、稳定性的判定标准;确定了山楂新品种DUS测试的65个测试性状,6个分组性状,15个必测性状,56个标准品种。该测试指南的制定为我国山楂新品种选育及推广、品种权授予、新品种保护等方面奠定了理论基础,提供了科学依据。
The test of distinctness,uniformity and stability(DUS) of new plant varieties was the foundation and basis of protection of new varieties.Guidelines for the DUS tests of hawthorn were studied in order to adapt to the development of hawthorn in China and gear to international standards.The principle of test guidelines,methods of examination,construction of table of characteristics,selection of standard varieties,classification of qualitative characteristics,quantitative characteristics and pseudo-qualitative characteristics and assessment of DUS tests were described in this paper.There were 65 standard characteristics,6 grouping characteristics,15 asterisked characteristics and 56 standard varieties in the guidelines for DUS tests.The establishment of it provided theoretical and scientific basis for breeding and extension of new varieties,grants of the plant variety rights and protection of new varieties.
