基于花粉形态数量分类的肥城桃群体系统关系研究

摘要
以肥城桃群体花粉为试材,采用扫描电镜观察花粉的形态结构,在花粉形态研究的基础上,对花粉9个性状进行遗传分析。结果表明:花粉均为近扁球形,等极,辐射对称,极面为三角形,三边略成弧形,赤面均为椭圆形,花粉粒大小差异有统计学意义.肥城桃花粉属N_3P_4C_5类型花粉,花粉外壁纹饰均为杂乱走向的条纹状纹饰,条纹间有穿孔,为复合纹饰,各品种间纹饰的形态存差异有统计学意义。根据花粉大小、表面纹饰及覆盖层穿孔等的一般演化规律,推测肥城桃群体由低到高的演化顺序为‘白里肥桃'、‘红里肥桃'→‘红里大叶肥桃'、‘柳叶肥桃'→‘早熟肥桃'、‘肥桃2号'、‘肥桃3号'、‘刘台肥桃1号',并在聚类分析的基础上对肥城桃品种间的亲缘关系进行了探讨,旨在为肥城桃的演化关系提供孢粉学证据。
The results showed that all pollen grains of Feicheng peach tested were close flat globose,isopolar,tadially symmetrical,blunt-triangular in polar views,an arc in three sides and elliptical in equatorial views.Significant differences were observed in pollen sizes of species tested,the Pollens of the Feicheng peach belong to N_3P_4C_5 type.The exine surface had a striate pattern and some small pores.The striate pattern was compound-striation.The morphological characteristics of the ornamentation were distinctly different among the tested species.The speculated evolutionary trend of species of Feicheng peach according to the general rules of pollen size,exine omamentaion and perforation,the possible evolutionary sequence of Feicheng peach was:'Baili' 、 'Haili' →'Hailidaye' 、 'Liuye' →'Zaoshu' 、 'Feitao No.2' 、 'Feitao No.3'、 'Liutai No.1'.And the relationship between intervarietal was discussed based on the cluster analysis.This study was intended for providing pollen evidences on systematic relatioship of Feicheng peach.
