贵州大学非英语专业学生英汉翻译自主学习状况调查

摘要
在我国大学英语课程教学改革中,对培养学生自主学习能力的关注一直被视为教学目标的重要成分。然而,非英语专业大学生对英语课程的学习投入现状如何?为了解学生翻译能力训练的自主学习现状,本研究对贵州大学2016年入学的12个班级约500名本科生进行了抽样调查。统计结果发现,在英汉翻译模块的自主学习中,学生普遍存在自主学习时间不足的问题;在学习策略方面,学生学习方法比较单一、不习惯于合作学习。因此本文呼吁,大学英语教师应关注学生自主学习状况,并帮助他们培养多种学习策略。
The course reform in College English Teaching in China has stressed greatly on focusing on cultivating learner autonomy in college students.However,what is the present status of those students who don't major in English when they engage in English course? In order to know how much students participate in translation training,this essay studied a sample survey among about 500 undergraduate freshmen in 12 classes of the year 2016 in Guizhou University.Statistics found out that in the aspect of autonomous learning in English-Chinese translation training,the students lack sufficient learning time generally.Meanwhile,they haven't developed comprehensive learning strategies.Neither are they accustomed to collaborative learning methods.Hence the essay advocates that College English teachers should help their students in their learner autonomy and develop multiple learning strategies as well.
