骨骼肌不同部位肌音信号特征研究

摘要
利用小波包加权功率以及近似熵参数,研究骨骼肌不同部位的肌音信号特征,通过对腓肠肌不同部位的肌音信号特征的分析,结果表明随着骨骼肌横断面积的减小,以及肌腱部分与肌肉部分的组织成分的变化,其肌音信号的小波包加权功率以及近似熵都随之增加。说明肌声特性可以反演骨骼肌特性的变化,进而对肌肉进行性病变的早期检测(如肌肉萎缩等)应用提供可行的技术路线。
Through the parameters like wavelet package weighted power and approximate entropy, we study the differences of the muscle sound between different parts of skeletal muscle. Through analyzing of the muscle sound between different parts of the gastrocnemius muscle, we found out that as the cross-sectional area decreases, the signal wavelet package weighted power and approximate entropy of the muscle sound increases. That outcome means that characteristics of muscle sound signal can perform the changes of characteristics of skeletal muscle. Thus, the outcome above can be ap-plied to helping forecasting the symptom such as muscle atrophy, etc.
