三维重建技术在颌面外科中的临床应用效果研究

摘要
目的 :探讨三维重建技术在颌面外科中的临床应用效果及其诊断价值。方法:对我院收治的70例颌面部外伤患者资料进行分析,采用普通X线射线、螺旋CT二维扫描以及三维重建技术成像检查,分析三维重建技术的颌面外科中的应用效果。结果:二维CT和三维CT共诊断出207例骨折处(P>0.05),显著多于X线(185处)(P<0.05);三维CT中79例下颌骨,53例上颌骨,42例管骨骨折,显著多于X线诊断(P<0.05);70例患者中共有212例骨折,三维CT确诊率和二维CT确诊率差异不显著(P>0.05);三维CT确诊率为97.6%,显著高于X线(确诊率为88.1%)(P<0.05);70例患者治疗后50例显效,占71.4%,15例好转,占21.5%,治疗总有效率为92.9%。结论:计算机辅助三维重建技术在颌面外科中使用效果理想,能够弥补普通X线以及二维CT诊断时的不足,能够作为常规影像学检查方法,值得推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of three-dimensional reconstruction techniques and diagnostic value in maxillofacial surgery.Methods: 70 cases of maxillofacial trauma patients admitted to our hospital were analyzed using ordinary X-ray radiation, spiral CT scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction of two-dimensional imaging technology to analyze the threedimensional reconstruction of maxillofacial surgery application effect.Results: The two-dimensional and three-dimensional CT CT of 207 cases were diagnosed fracture(P> 0.05), significantly more than the X-ray(185)(P <0.05); three-dimensional CT in the mandible in 79 cases, 53 cases of the maxilla, 42 Example pipe fractures, significantly more than the X-ray diagnosis(P <0.05); 70 patients, a total of 212 cases of fractures, three-dimensional and two-dimensional CT CT diagnosis rate was not significantly different diagnosis rates(P> 0.05); three-dimensional CT diagnosis was 97.6%, significantly higher than the X-ray(diagnosis was 88.1%)(P <0.05); after 70 cases of patients were cured 50 cases, accounting for 71.4%, 15 cases improved, accounting for 21.5%, total effective rate was 92.9%.Conclusion: The use of computer-aided three-dimensional reconstruction technique in maxillofacial surgery results are satisfactory, can compensate for the lack of ordinary two-dimensional X-ray and CT diagnosis, can be used as a conventional imaging methods, should be introduced.
