关于我国知识产权开发与保护的制度创新研究

摘要
我国国内企业长期以来将产品价格作为企业的竞争力。事实上,企业的最大竞争力来自于自身掌握的专利知识产权数量和质量。首先对我国专利知识产权保护存在的隐患进行了分析,进而讨论了进行专利知识产权开发与保护制度创新的关键。最后分别从企业间普及专利知识产权开发与保护制度、国家层面入手推进专利战略以及建立有效的激励机制三个层面讨论了相关制度的创新策略。
Domestic enterprises in China have long regarded product price as their competitiveness. In fact, the greatest competitiveness of enterprises comes from the quantity and quality of patent intellectual property rights they own. Firstly, the hidden dangers of patent intellectual property protection in China are analyzed, and then the key to the innovation of patent intellectual property development and protection system is discussed. Finally, the innovation strategies of relevant systems are discussed from three aspects: the system of developing and protecting patent intellectual property rights among enterprises, the national level to promote patent strategy and the establishment of an effective incentive mechanism.
