盛灿若针灸临证特色

摘要
盛灿若教授认为,在针灸临证诊疗中,针灸治疗应运用中医理论和现代解剖学知识,结合疾病的发病部位与临床症状,坚持以"治病求本"为原则而施治。盛教授主张制订穴少力专的针刺处方,采用独特的针刺操作方法,总结了经穴或奇穴中的特效经验穴及经验配伍,并总结命名了诸如"面三针""咽四穴""颊内穴""鼻通穴"等新经验穴,且归纳了诸穴特定的施术方法,同时以提高临床疗效、加快治疗速度为目的,配合药物内服外用、揪痧法、放血法等内外治法为辅助。盛教授临证经验独具特色,且临床治病在改善症状,减少后遗症,防止并发症,缩短治疗周期方面独具优势。
Professor Sheng Canruo believes that the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern anatomy should be used in the treatment of acupuncture, combining the location and clinical symptoms of the disease, and adhering to the principle of "seeking the root of the disease". Professor Sheng also argues that the acupuncture prescription of less acupoints and better outcome should be prescribed and the unique operation method should be adopted. He summarizes the special effects experience points of the meridians and acupoints or extra-points and summarizes the new names such as "Mian San Zhen", "Yan Si Xue", "Jia Nei Xue" and "Bi Tong Xue", and also sums up the specific technique of the acupoints. At the same time, they are supplemented by internal and external treatments such as oral administration or external use, Jiu Sha method and blood-letting therapy in order to improve the clinical curative effect and accelerating the speed of treatment. All of this shows that Professor Sheng's unique clinical experience and clinical treatment has particular advantages of improving symptoms, reducing sequelae, preventing complications and shortening the treatment cycle.
