X80管线钢焊缝接头的耐蚀性研究

摘要
为研究X80管线钢焊接接头不同部位在碱性土壤溶液中的耐腐蚀性,利用极化曲线、电化学阻抗(EIS)法分别研究了X80管线钢基体(BM)、热影响区(HAZ)和焊缝(WM)的耐蚀性能,并利用XRD分别测量了其晶粒尺寸。结果表明:BM的腐蚀电位最大,腐蚀电流密度最小,即耐腐蚀性最好。与BM相比,HAZ和WM的耐腐蚀性依次降低;晶粒尺寸按BM        In order to study the corrosion resistance of different zones of X80 pipeline steel weld joints,the corrosion resistance of based matrix( BM),heat affected zone( HAZ) and weld( WM) of X80 pipeline steel was studied by using polarization curve and electrochemical impedance( EIS) method,and the grain size of different zones was measured by XRD. Results showed that the corrosion resistance of BM was the best with the largest corrosion potential and the smallest corrosion current density. In comparison of BM,the corrosion resistance of HAZ and WM decreased in order. Moreover,the increasing order of grain size was BM
