“五心”护理结合Watson关怀理论在乳腺癌病人护理中的应用效果

摘要
[目的]探讨"五心"护理结合Watson人文关怀理论在乳腺癌病人护理中的应用效果。[方法]选择2014年3月—2016年4月入住我院乳腺甲状腺诊疗中心的乳腺癌病人320例,将2014年3月—2015年4月入院的160例乳腺癌病人作为对照组,实施人文关怀优质护理服务工作;2015年5月—2016年4月入院的160例乳腺癌病人作为观察组,实施基于Watson人文关怀理论的"五心"护理服务。比较实施前后两组病人的癌因性疲乏程度及生活质量,比较两组实施后护士人文关怀满意度。[结果]实施后两组病人的癌因性疲乏程度及生活质量得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组病人实施后护士人文关怀满意度各条目得分及总分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]"五心"护理结合Watson人文关怀理论可以改善乳腺癌病人的癌因性疲乏,提高病人的生活质量及护士的人文关怀能力。
Objective:To explore the application effect of "five heart" nursing combined with Watson humanistic care theory in nursing care of patients with breast cancer.Methods:A total of 320 cases of breast cancer patients admitting to our breast-cancer center from March 2014 to April 2016 were selected.From March 2014 to April 2015,160 patients with breast cancer were enrolled as control group,receiving the work of humanistic care high quality nursing service.Another 160 cases of breast cancer patients admitted from May 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the observation group,and the "five heart" nursing service combined with the Watson humanistic care theory was implemented.The degree of cancer related fatigue and quality of life of the patients in two groups before and after the implementation were compared,and the satisfaction degree to the humanistic care in the two groups was compared after the implementation.Results:After implementation,there were statistically significant differences in the scores of cancer-related fatigue and quality of life between the two groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in scores and total scores of nurses′humanistic care satisfaction after the implementation in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:The "five heart" nursing combined with the Watson humanistic care theory could improve the cancer patients′cancer-related fatigue,improve the quality of life of the patients and the humanistic care ability of the nurses.
