摘要
聚丙烯腈(PAN)废丝处理和利用问题,是聚丙烯腈基原丝的生产程中存在的主要问题之一。因此采用合理的技术方法,利用聚丙烯腈基废丝制备合格的原丝十分有意义的。实验表明,回收溶解实验中要充分考虑到溶解温度、溶解时间、溶剂种类对纺丝液的影响。在60~80℃条件下,采用二甲基亚砜为溶剂,溶解废丝制得纺丝原液是可行的。
Treatment and utilizing of wase fibre of PAN is one of the main problems existing in the production process of precursor fiber of PAN. So,it is necessary to adopt logical technological methods to utilize waste fibre to make eligible precursor fiber. It indicates by experiments:during dissolving,influence of dissolving temperature,time and sorts of solvent on performance of dissolving solution must be considered sufficiently. In that condition of 60~80℃,using DMSO as solvent to dissolving waste fibre to obtain spinning solution is viable.
