九转促孕汤治疗肾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征临床观察

摘要
目的探讨九转促孕汤治疗肾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效。方法选择内蒙古神农中医院2017年9月—2018年9月诊治的多囊卵巢综合征患者70例,按随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组2组,治疗组予九转促孕汤治疗,对照组予达英-35治疗,比较2组治疗前后的中医症状积分,治疗前后中医证候积分及空腹抽血测定治疗前后血清卵泡雌激素(FSH)、促黄体素(LH)、睾酮(T)值。结果治疗组总有效率为91. 4%,对照组总有效率为74. 3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗后,治疗组患者血清卵泡雌激素(FSH)、促黄体素(LH)、睾酮(T)水平比对照组患者疗效好(P <0. 05)。治疗组经过治疗后,中医临床证候得到明显好转,治疗后月经周期、月经量、畏寒便溏、腰酸乏力、形态肥胖(BMI)、毛发浓密等中医症状积分均明显低于治疗前(P <0. 05),并显著低于治疗后对照组中医症状积分(P <0. 05)。结论九转促孕汤治疗肾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效确切,可有效改善性激素水平,提高妊娠率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nine-rotation gestation Decoction on polycystic ovary syndrome( PCOS) with kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness. Methods The polycystic ovary Shennong hospital in September 2017 to September 2018 diagnosis and treatment of syndrome of 70 cases of infertility,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group two groups,treatment group was treated with nine cuyun decoction,control group was treated with-35 treatment,pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups,before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral and fasting blood were measured before and after treatment of serum follicle stimulating hormone( FSH) and luteinizing hormone( LH),testosterone( T) values. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was93. 8%,and the pregnancy rate was 11. The total effective rate of the control group was 71. 9%,and the pregnancy rate was 0. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). After treatment,the levels of serum follicular estrogen( FSH),luteinizing hormone( LH) and testosterone( T) in the treatment group were better than those in the control group( P <0. O5). The treatment group after treatment,the clinical syndrome of TCM was significantly improved after treatment,the menstrual cycle,menstruation,chills,backache,fatigue,loose stools form obesity( BMI),such as hair symptom scores were significantly lower than before treatment( P <0. 05),the integral control group of TCM syndrome and was significantly lower than that after treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Nine the treatment of kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness type polycystic ovary syndrome has a definite clinical effect. It can effectively improve sex hormone levels and improve pregnancy rate,which is worthy of further research and clinical promotion.
