摘要
研究了不同变形方式对TC11钛合金饼材性能及探伤的影响。使用金相显微镜和室温、高温拉伸及超声波探伤方法分析了合金饼材的组织、拉伸性能、无损探伤特性的变化。结果表明,不同变形方式对合金饼材室温拉伸拉伸性能影响较大,对高温拉伸性能影响很小。虽然总的变形量相同,但组织存在一定的差异。较好的锻透性会获得更加细小的等轴α;较为均匀的变形会得到均匀的组织。TC11钛合金饼材组织均匀性对探伤杂波水平的影响要大于晶粒尺寸对杂波的影响。
The effects of different deformation modes on the properties and flaw detection of TC11 titanium alloy cakes were studied. The microstructure, tensile properties and variation of nondestructive test chara cteristics of the alloy cake were analyzed by metallographic microscope, room temperature, high temperature tensile tests and ultrasonic flaw detection. The results show that different deformation modes have great influence on the tensile properties of the alloy cake at room temperature and little effect on the tensile properties at high temperature. Although the total amount of deformation is the same, there are some differences in microstructure. A better forging penetration can result in finer equiaxed α. A more uniform deformation can result in uniform microstructure. The effect of microstructure uniformity of TC11 titanium alloy cake on the level of flaw detection clutter is greater than that of the grain size.
