直肠腺癌肾上腺转移1例

<正>患者男性,53岁,2014年11月因无明显诱因出现间断性血便1年余,进行性加重入院,血便开始为鲜红色,后排出的血液中带有坏死物质或白色黏液样物质,1天2～3次,无明显腹痛,活动或劳累后加重。期间一直以"痔疮"反复就诊,使用"痔疮膏"等药物进行治疗效果不明显。入院后行结肠镜检查,提示直肠癌可能,活检病理检测报告直肠腺癌。后行腹部CT扫描发现左侧肾上腺区有一大小5.7 cm×3.2 cm软组织块影,密度欠均,似见点状稍高密度影,明显不均匀强
