口腔种植常用缝合技术

摘要
在种植牙外科手术中,将手术切口精确对位、严密缝合是保证手术成功的关键因素之一。口腔黏膜组织与皮肤组织相比,有其自身特点,因此需要根据其特点选择合适的缝针、缝线以及缝合方法。在口腔种植手术中,常用的缝合方法有间断缝合、连续缝合、水平褥式缝合、垂直褥式缝合以及双悬吊缝合法。当种植手术需要进行软组织增量时,还可选择水平悬吊缝合对移植组织进行固定缝合。本文就针对这些缝合方法进行探讨。
In implant surgery, precise alignment and tight suturing of the surgical incision is one of the key factors to ensure the success of the operation. Compared with skin tissue, oral mucosa tissue has its own characteristics, so it is necessary to select appropriate needles, sutures and suturing methods according to its characteristics. In oral implant surgery, there are some commonly used suturing methods, including Interrupted sutures, continuous sutures, horizontal mattress sutures, vertical mattress sutures and double-sling sutures. When soft tissue augmentation needed, the horizontal sling sutures can be used to fix the transplanted tissue. This article mainly discusses these suturing methods.
