摘要
某抽水蓄能电站上库无天然径流,为减少外接水泵向上库蓄水的投资并缩短基建工期,首台机组以水泵工况模式启动。对异常低扬程下机组首次水泵工况启动涉及到的关键安全技术问题进行梳理总结,优化修改水泵工况正常启动过程中的抽水造压控制流程。分析了机组抽水启动过程及抽水稳态工况下振动、摆度及水流压力脉动等稳定性指标试验数据,并研究了水流压力脉动和机组稳定性间的内在联系,可为后续类似抽水蓄能电站设计、调试提供借鉴。
        There was no natural runoff in the upper reservoir for a certain pumped storage power station.In order to reduce the investment of the external pumping to the upper reservoir and shorten the capital construction period,the startup mode of the first unit was under the condition of pump operation.The key technical and security problems related to the initial pump condition startup test under extremely minimum pump head were summarized.The aero flow condition control processes were optimized during pump start-up procedure.The test of stability parameters,such as vibration,swing and pressure fluctuation during start-up procedure and steady condition under pumping condition were analyzed.The influence of water pressure fluctuation on the unit's stability operation was researched.It provides reference for the design and debugging for subsequent similar pumped storage unit.
