摘要

<正>根管治疗的成功需要对患牙的所有根管进行定位、清理和完善的充填,为了保障治疗的成功,临床医生必须对于根管系统的解剖有充分的认识,并且要对患牙可能发生的根管系统的解剖变异有充分的了解。下颌第一磨牙多数为近远中两个牙根,近中根可能包含两个或者三个根管,近中中根管(Middle mesial canal, MMC)发生率较低,且有研究表明老年人发生率较年轻人更低,尤其是具有独立根管孔的近中中根管,现将两例具有独立根尖孔
