全程优质护理对肝硬化患者生存质量、护理效果及满意度的临床研究

摘要
目的探讨全程优质护理在肝硬化患者中的实施效果。方法选择2016年7月至2017年11月收治的64例肝硬化患者,患者采用随机双盲法分为干预组和对照组,每组32例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在对照组的基础上给予全程优质护理,观察2组患者护理效果。结果护理前,2组患者生存质量(心理、生理、环境、社会领域)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,2组患者生存质量评分较干预前明显上升,而干预组患者生存质量评分上升明显大于对照组(P<0.05);干预组护理总有效率(93.75%)显著高于对照组(75.00%)(P<0.05);干预组护理总满意率(93.75%)显著高于对照组(71.87%)(P<0.05);护理前,2组患者ALT、TBIL、ALB水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后干预组ALT、TBIL水平显著低于对照组,干预组ALB水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肝硬化患者实施全程优质护理可有效改善患者生存质量,显著提高护理效果及患者对护理的满意度,同时还能有效改善患者肝功能水平,值得推广实施。
Objective To investigate the effects of whole range fine quality nursing on quality of life,nursing effect and nursing satisfaction degree of patients with cirrhosis.Methods Sixty-four patients with cirrhosis who were admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to November 2017 were enrolled in this study.These patients were divided into intervention group(n=32) and control group(n=32) by randomized double-blind method.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing intervention,however,the patients in intervention group,on the basis of control group, were treated by whole range fine quality nursing,then the nursing effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in life quality scores(psychology,physiology,environment,social field) between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the life quality scores in both groups were significantly increased,moreover, which in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate(93.75%) in intervention group was significantly higher than that(75.00%) in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the total satisfaction rate for nursing in intervention group(93.75%) was significantly higher than that(71.87%) in control group(P<0.05).Before mursing intervention,there were no significant differences in the levels of ALT,TBIL and ALB between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing intervention, the levels of ALT,TBIL in intervention group were significantly lower than those in control group,however, the levels of ALB in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole range fine quality nursing can effectively improve the life quality of patients with cirrhosis,improve significantly the nursing effects and patient satisfaction degree for nursing,at the same time, which can effectively improve the levels of liver function of patients,therefor, it is worthy clinical application and promotion.
