电力系统IMS行政交换网双核心构架及容灾机制的探讨

摘要
电力行政电话交换网是服务于电力生产和经营的重要业务网络,随着IMS行政交换网建设的推进,原采用一级汇接五级交换部署的传统电路交换网逐步转换为扁平化省一级交换的IMS网络,功能和业务的高度集中对于IMS核心平台的架构及其容灾机制提出了更高的考验和要求。文章结合IMS双核心平台的改造项目,详细说明了IMS核心平台网元的主备冗余配置方案;分析了IMS系统的容灾对象、容灾检测及触发机制;给出了3个重要网元的容灾实现模型和影响分析,重点探讨了提升IMS网络双核心平台架构下的主备冗余可靠性配置方法,对电力IMS行政交换网的规划建设方案具有参考价值。
        The power administrative telephone exchange network serves as an important business network for power production and operation, with the construction progress of IMS administrative exchange network, the traditional circuit switching network with first level tandem and fifth level exchange is gradually converted to flat IMS network with provincial level switching. The high concentration of function and business puts forward higher test and requirement for the architecture of IMS core platform and its disaster recovery mechanism. In this paper, firstly, combines the transformation project of IMS dual core platform, the redundancy configuration scheme of IMS core platform network element is elaborated in detail, the disaster recovery objects, disaster detection and trigger mechanism of IMS system are analyzed. Finally, the model and influence analysis of disaster recovery for three important network elements are given. This paper mainly discusses the reliability configuration method of primary and standby redundancy under the dual core platform architecture of IMS network, which has reference value for the planning and construction of electric power IMS administrative exchange network.
