摘要

地方文献在地区的政治、经济、文化发展中具有重要作用。县级公共图书馆应努力改善文献采集工作,根据不同的情况,采取切合实际的方法去收集,有效地发挥其存史资治作用,为本地区的物质文明和精神文明建设服务。
        Local literature has an important role in the region's political,economic and cultural development.County public libraries should strive to improve the work of document collection,and depending on the circumstances,they should take a realistic approach to the collection,and effectively play its role in preserving the history for reference so as to serve the material civilization and spiritual civilization of the region.
