摘要
氧化物夹杂是影响齿轮钢质量的重要原因之一。取样分析了齿轮钢冶炼过程中各工位的氧、氮含量及夹杂物的数量、尺寸等。结果认为,应重点优化LF精炼工艺,以提高齿轮钢钢水的纯净度,进而提高齿轮钢的质量。
The inclusion of oxides is one of the main causes for influencing the qualit y of gear steel. The content of oxygen and nitrogen and the quantities and sizes of inclusions in molten gear steel in different procedures during smelting were analyzed by taking some samples. Then it was concluded that the refining process by LF should be especially optimized in order to improve the cleanliness of molten gear steel and then the quality of gear steel would be improved.
