摘要

当代中国经济高速发展,化工企业有着十分重要的地位。然而频发的事故告诫着我们,化工企业的安全管理仍有待加强。本文简述了近几年我国发生的化工企业安全生产事故,重点阐述了江苏盐城"3·21"特大爆炸事故,从事故的伤亡情况、破坏情况、救援情况进行说明和分析。并由此次爆炸事故得出了多条经验教训,结合经验教训给出了对加强化工企业安全管理的建议。
        With the rapid economic development in contemporary China, chemical enterprises play a very important part. However, frequent accidents remind us that the safety management of chemical enterprises still needs to be strengthened. The recent production accidents of chemical enterprises in China are briefly described in this paper, and pay attention to the "March 21" explosion accident in Yancheng, Jiangsu province. Several lessons are drawn from the explosion accident,and some Suggestions are given for strengthening the safety management of chemical.
