摘要
针对塑料齿轮在生产过程中存在缺陷,而人工检测效率与准确性低。为了满足检测要求,设计基于LabVIEW的塑料齿轮缺齿检测系统。首先进行图像采集及预处理,预处理包括彩色图像灰度化、中值滤波、阈值化、Canny边缘检测等;然后通过几何匹配算法提取齿轮的几何信息,学习并保存模板信息,再调用模板进行匹配计算得到结果。分数和模板目标曲线分数是判断齿轮缺陷的主要依据参数,选用不同缺齿程度的塑料齿轮进行实验发现,缺齿程度越大,对应的匹配分数越低。实验结果表明,该系统可以实现齿轮缺齿检测的功能,为缺陷检测提供新的思路。
        In allusion to the problems that there exist defects in the process of plastic gear production,and the manual detection is in low efficiency and accuracy,and to meet detection requirements,a tooth missing detection system for plastic gears based on Lab VIEW is designed in this paper. Image acquisition and preprocessing are carried out,with the former including color-image grayscale,median filtering,thresholding,Canny edge detection,and others. The geometry information of gears is extracted by means of the geometrical matching algorithm. The template information is acquired and saved,and then the template is called for matching calculation to obtain results. Fraction and template objective curve fraction are the main parameters for judging gear defects. Plastic gears in different tooth missing degrees were selected to do the experiment. It was found that the greater the degree of tooth missing,the lower the matching score. The experimental results demonstrate that this system can realize the function of tooth missing detection for gears,and provide a new idea for defect detection.
