摘要
目的采用Box-Behnken响应面法,优化健脾祛湿丸的水提工艺。方法以丹酚酸B、多糖含量及浸膏得率的综合评分为指标,在单因素试验基础上,采用Box-Behnken响应面法考察浸泡时间、加水倍量和提取时间对水提工艺的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为:浸泡1 h,加11倍量水,回流提取3次,每次1.20 h。结论优选的工艺方便、稳定、可行,可为后续研究提供依据。
        Objective To optimize the water extraction process of Jianpi Qushi Concentrated Pills by using box-behnken response surface method. Methods Salvianolic acid B, total polysaccharide content and extract yield were set as the evaluation indexes. On the basis of single factor experiment results, the Box-Behnken response surface method was used to investigate the effects of soak time, adding water amount times and extracting time on the water extraction process. Results The optimum extraction technology was soaking for 1 h, with 11 times the amount of water extracted for three times, each time 1.20 h. Conclusion The optimum process is convenient, stable and feasible,which can provide references for follow-up study.
