摘要

云南省民族地区因其自然条件、地理区位和民族传统等因素一直处于经济和教育双滞后的状态。对云南民族地区的教育和经济的现状进行具体分析后,根据该地区的现实情况,针对性地提出了一系列通过教育手段调整和提高民族地区人力资本,进而适配区域经济发展之建议。
        The ethnic minority areas in Yunnan province is economically and 44 educationally backward due to its natural conditions,geographic location and ethnic traditions. This paper gives an incisive analysis of the current situations of economy and education in the ethnic minority areas in Yunnan province and puts forward some practical suggestions for the integration of the local human capital with its regional economic development through various education means for further development.
