液氮强制冷却对Ti6Al4V表面激光熔覆制备WC/Ni60A涂层微观组织和性能的影响

摘要
为改善Ti6Al4V钛合金的表面硬度和耐磨性能,采用液氮强制冷却辅助激光熔覆制备35%WC/Ni60A (质量分数,下同)复合涂层,研究液氮强制冷却对熔覆层微观组织和力学性能的影响。利用XRD、OM、EM和EDS分析液氮强制冷却熔覆层的显微组织和物相组成;通过硬度试验,磨损试验探究液氮强制冷却熔覆层的硬度及抗磨损性能。结果表明,液氮强制冷却熔覆层由α(Ti),WC,W_2C,TiC,TiNi,Ti_2Ni,TiNi_3,NiB相构成。液氮强制冷却熔覆层的平均显微硬度HV_(0.2)达到13.63 GPa,硬度较基体和空冷熔覆层分别提高4倍和1.61倍。此外,液氮强制冷却熔覆层耐磨性分别为基体和空冷熔覆层的5.39倍和1.77倍。
        To improve the hardness and wear resistance of Ti6 Al4 V alloy, composite coatings were prepared on Ti6 Al4 V substrate by laser cladding 35 wt%WC/Ni60 A under liquid nitrogen cooling. The microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of the coating under liquid nitrogen cooling were investigated. The phase composition and microstructure were investigated by XRD, OM, SEM, EDS. Besides, the hardness and the wear resistance were analyzed by hardness testing and wear testing, respectively. The results indicate that the coating under liquid nitrogen cooling is mainly composed of α(Ti), WC, W_2 C, TiC, TiNi, Ti_2 Ni, TiNi_3 and NiB. The average microhardness of the coating under liquid nitrogen cooling is about 13.63 GPa, which is 4 times higher than that of the Ti6 Al4 V substrate and 1.61 times higher than that of the coating under air cooling. The wear resistance of the coating under liquid nitrogen cooling is 5.39 times higher than that of the Ti6 Al4 V substrate and 1.77 times higher than that of the coating under air cooling.
