文拉法辛在老年抑郁症治疗中的作用

摘要
目的:分析对老年抑郁症患者使用文拉法辛的治疗效果和安全性。方法:选择我院在1年内的老年抑郁症患者106例。按照治疗方法的不同,分为对照组(53例,使用米氮平治疗)和观察组(53例,使用文拉法辛治疗),分析两组的治疗效果和治疗安全性。结果:观察组的汉密顿量表HAMA评分以及抑郁自评量表SDS评分均更低(P <0.05)。但两组的并发症发生情况差异并不显著(P> 0.05)。结论:文拉法辛在老年人抑郁症患者的临床治疗中取得较好的临床疗效,且不会增多并发症的发生率,因此有较高使用价值。
Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect and safety of venlafaxine in elderly patients with depression. Methods: 106 cases of elderly patients with depression treated in our hospital in the past year were selected. According to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into the control group(53 cases, using mirtazapine) and the observation group(53 cases, using venlafaxine) to analyze the treatment effect and treatment safety of the two groups. Results: HAMA and SDS of the Hamilton rating scale were lower in the observation group(P < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P >0.05). conclusion: Venlafaxine had achieved good clinical efficacy in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with depression, and would not increase the incidence of complications, so it was of high use value.
