基于离散元法的V型混合机混合性能分析

摘要
研究旨在分析V型混料机内二组元颗粒的混合效果,采用离散单元法分析V形筒壁间夹角的变化对二组元颗粒间混合程度的影响,从中研究一组重力扩散性混合效果最优的V形筒壁夹角。首先采用CAD三维建模软件建立V形筒三维模型,并控制V形筒壁夹角分别为60°、70°、80°、90°、100°等的5种模型,采用离散单元法对二组元颗粒混合过程进行数值模拟,采用Lacey指数算法来评价5种V形筒内二组元颗粒的混合程度。结果表明,在V形筒内物料颗粒的填充率为1/3、V形筒内无构件、转速为15 r/min的条件下,V形筒壁夹角的变化对二组元颗粒的混合程度有着较明显的影响。在相同混合时间内V形筒壁夹角的变化对混合效果的影响非常明显,通过数值模拟实验和数据分析可以看出V形筒壁夹角为60°时其混合速率较其它几组的混合速率更优越。研究发现,改变V型混合机V形筒夹角,可以在一定程度上影响物料在V型混合机中的混合效果。
        The purpose of this study was to analyze the mixing effect of the two-component particles in the V-mixer. The discrete element method was used to analyze the influence of the variation of the angle between the V-shaped cylinders on the mixing degree of the two-component particles. The angle of the V-shaped cylinder wall with the best effect of gravity diffusion mixing. Firstly, three-dimensional model of V-shaped cylinder was established by CAD three-dimensional modeling software, and controls the 5 models of the angle of the V tube wall were 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100 degrees respectively.The DEM method is used to simulate the mixing process of two component particles, and then the Lacey exponential algorithm was used to evaluate the mixing degree of the two component particles in the five V-shaped cylinders. The results showed that when the filling ratio of material particles in Vshaped was 1/3, there is no component in it and the rotational speed was 15 r/min, the change of the angle between the wall of V-tube had obvious influence on the mixing degree of binary particles. In the same mixing time, the change of V-shaped cylinder wall angle had a very obvious effect on mixing effect. Through experiments and data analysis, it can be seen that the mixing rate of the V-shaped cylinder wall angle of 60 degrees was better than that of other groups. The results indicate that changing the angle of V-drum of V-mixer can affect the mixing effect of materials in V-mixer to some extent.
