摘要
为解决新体制下航天装备维修保障体系建设的问题,对基于DAF综合评价法的航天装备维修保障效能进行评估。界定了航天装备维修保障效能评估的有关概念,分析了DAF综合评估法的步骤,建立了航天装备维修保障效能指标体系模型,运用德尔菲法和层次分析法得到指标权重,并通过模糊综合评价法评估结果。实例利用YAAHP软件实现计算。结果表明,该研究可为航天装备维修保障的科学决策提供有效支撑。
In order to solve the problem of the construction of the aerospace equipment maintenance support system under the new system,the effectiveness of the aerospace equipment maintenance support based on the DAF integrated evaluation method was evaluated.The related concepts of aerospace equipment maintenance support effectiveness evaluation are defined,the steps of DAF integrated evaluation method are analyzed,the aerospace equipment maintenance support efficiency index system model is established,and the index weight is obtained by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to evaluate results.The example uses YAAHP software to achieve calculation results,which shows that the research can provide support for aerospace equipment scientific decision-making.
