摘要
以甲烷燃烧发电为例,将Aspen Plus软件应用于《化工过程设计及节能技术》中的教学中。研究了压力对甲烷燃烧发电过程中物料及能量利用效率的影响,并对系统的操作条件进行优化。实践表明,采用AspenPlus软件,可以弥补传统教学的不足,通过模拟计算,能够更直观帮助学生理解和认识化工过程及其概念,可进一步提高学生解决工程问题的能力。
        Taking methane combustion power generation as an example, Aspen Plus software is applied to the teaching of Chemical Process Design and Energy Saving Technology. The effect of pressure on material and energy utilization efficiency in methane combustion power generation process was studied, and the operating conditions of the system were optimized. Practice shows that Aspen Plus software can make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching. Through simulation calculation, it can help students understand and understand chemical process and its concepts more intuitively, and can further improve students' ability to solve engineering problems.
