摘要
详细介绍了双螺杆挤出机控制系统中一种全新的通讯控制方法,控制系统包括了37块欧姆龙E5EC温控表和5台西门子G120变频器,通过使用欧姆龙PLC的RS-485通讯模块结合MODBUS-RTU通讯协议以及欧姆龙协议宏,实现了与众多外围设备间的通讯。在外围设备较多的情况下,通讯刷新速度小于2 s。通过这种方法,实现了挤出机控制系统快速,便捷的通讯,大大节省了安装成本和维护成本。
This paper introduces a new communication control method in the control system of twinscrew extruder. The control system includes 37 Omron E5 EC temperature control meters and 5 Siemens G120 inverters. By using OMRON PLC's RS-485 communication module combined with MODBUS-RTU communication protocol and Omron protocol macro, communication with many peripheral devices is realized. In the case of a large number of peripheral devices, the communication refresh rate is less than 2 s. Through this method, the extruder control system achieves fast and convenient communication, which greatly saves installation cost and maintenance cost.
