Rockall评分系统在急性非静脉曲张上消化道出血护理流程构建中的应用

摘要
目的探讨Rockall评分系统在急性非静脉曲张上消化道出血(ANVUGIB)护理流程构建中的价值,并评价该护理流程的实施效果。方法选择2015年1月~2016年5月我科收治的ANVUGIB患者138例,根据入院的先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,各69例。对照组实施常规护理。观察组在常规护理的基础上,依据Rockall评分系统构建护理流程实施分级护理。评价分级护理的实施效果。结果两组血尿素氮正常率、血红蛋白含量正常率、再出血率、护理满意度比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组护理质量评分比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论依据ANVUGIB患者的Rockall积分,构建护理流程实施分级护理,能获得满意的效果。
Objective To explore the value of Rockall srisk score system of nursing process construction of cute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding(ANVUGIB),and evaluate the effect of the nursing process.Methods 138 cases of ANVUGIB patients from January 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital who were treated as research object,according to the order of hospital were divided into control group(69cases)and observation group(69cases).Routine nursing in the controlgroup,the observation group on the basis of conventional nursing care, according to Rockall risk score system construction of grading nursing care process,the implementation of the evaluation of grading nursing effect.Results Blood urea nitrogen、hemoglobin content and the bleeding rate and nursing satisfaction in two groups was significantdifference(P<0.05).The comparance of primary care,critical care,nursing documents,health education,and discharge guidance and followed up in two groups was significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion According to ANVUGIB Rockall score,building nursing process and implementing stage in patients with nursing care can obtain satisfactory results.
