医护一体化护理对食管癌患者情绪及生存质量的影响

摘要
目的:探讨医护一体化护理对食管癌患者情绪及生存质量的影响。方法:选取食管癌患者86例,依据其护理方法的不同分为研究组(医护一体化护理)和对照组(常规护理),每组各43例。通过抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评价患者的抑郁、焦虑情况;依从性调查问卷评价其治疗依从性;生存质量调查问卷(QLQ-C30,包括功能性项目、症状性项目两个方面)判断其生存质量。结果:治疗前,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分及QLQ-C30评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);功能性项目评分高于对照组,症状性项目评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗依从率(97.7%)明显高于对照组(81.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:食管癌患者放疗期间应用医护一体化护理,可明显改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高治疗依从性及生存质量,值得推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of integrated medical care on the emotion and quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:86 patients with esophageal cancer were enrolled in this study.All patients met the inclusion criteria and were divided into research group(Integrative care) and control group(Routine care) according to their nursing methods,43 cases in each group.SDS and SAS were used to evaluate the patients' depression and anxiety and the compliance questionnaire to evaluate the treatment compliance and quality of life questionnaire(QLQ-C30,including functional projects and symptomatic projects) to determine the quality of life.Results:SAS and SDS scores and QLQ-C30 scores of two groups had no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the score of the project was higher than that of the control group,and the symptom score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the study group(97.7) was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.4%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of integrated medical care during the radiotherapy of esophageal cancer patients can significantly improve the patient's anxiety and depression,improve treatment compliance and quality of life,which is worth popularizing and applying.
