摘要
从等基圆锥齿轮成形原理出发,对齿面几何结构进行全面分析,研究齿轮齿线特性,建立等基圆锥的齿轮齿线方程.通过空间啮合原理,分析等基圆锥齿轮副啮合的过程,编写齿面接触分析程序(TCA);通过刀具设计和齿向俢形,改善齿面几何拓扑结构,实现齿面鼓形修正;以齿向和齿廓修形方式为基础,变换不同修形参数,分析对齿面几何传动误差和齿面接触印痕的影响,从而完善等基圆锥齿轮齿面接触分析的理论基础.
On the basis of forming principle of equal base circle bevel gear,the article studies characteristic of gear tooth trace and builds its equation for equal base circle bevel by comprehensive analysis on tooth surface geometry structure.It analyzes the meshing process of equal base bevel gear pair through spatial messing principle,and writes tooth surface contact analysis program(TCA);it improves geometric topology of tooth surfaces to achieve drum-shape correction by tool design modification and tooth alignment;it analyzes the influence on geometric transmission error of tooth surface and gearing mesh mark of tooth direction and profile modification methods to perfect the theoretical foundation of tooth contact analysis of equal base bevel gears accordingly.
