摘要
目的:研究苗药乌桕的酚性成分。方法:综合利用各种色谱方法对苗药乌桕的乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,基于波谱数据并结合文献对比的方法鉴定所分离化合物的结构。结果:从乌桕的乙醇提取物中共分离鉴定出9个酚性成分,其结构分别为5,6,7,8-四甲氧基香豆素(1)、6,7,8-三甲氧基香豆素(2)、7-O-甲基东莨菪内酯(3)、东莨菪内酯(4)、3,3′-O-二甲基鞣花酸-4-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(5)、3,3′-O-二甲基鞣花酸(6)、栗木酯苷(7)、3,3′-bisdemethylpinoresinol(8)和没食子酸乙酯(9)。结论:化合物5、7、8均为首次从乌桕中分离得到。
Objective:To study the phenolic compounds from Sapium sebiferum.Methods:Various column chromatographic methods were employed to obtain pure compounds from the ethanol extract of S.sebiferum.Spectral data was used for structure elucidation by comparison with literature data.Results:Nine compounds in total were obtained,and identified as 5,6,7,8-tetramethoxycoumarin(1),6,7,8-trimethoxycoumarin(2),6,7-dimethoxycoumarin(3),scopoletin(4),3,3′-di-O-methylellagicacid-4′-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(5),3,3′-di-O-methylellagic acid(6),aviculin(7),3,3′-bisdemethylpinoresinol(8),ethyl gallate(9),respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 5,7,8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
